Dear Friends and Patients,

My new office is located at 221 E. Hacienda Ave., Ste. B, Campbell, CA 95008, which is less than a 10 minute drive from the old office. The new office is in a modern medical office building with separate practice groups belonging to Physicians of different Specializations.

My new office Tel no. is (408)-688-2451. My office hours for appointments remain the same, M-F from 9am to 5pm.

We are extremely saddened to learn of the sudden demise of our beloved Dr. Jalilie. We are grieving and still in shock.

Dr. Kar will continue to see patients and we will do our best to accommodate you in her schedule if you are willing to see her. Meanwhile, please let us know what you would like to do.

Our doctors and staff are monitoring the situation closely and are following the guidelines from the CDC and Santa Clara County Public Health. All employees and patients at our office must continue to wear masks.

Safe and reliable COVID-19 vaccines are available to several groups of people in California. But it can be difficult to find out where and how to get a shot. VaccinateCA is a group of volunteers calling hospitals and pharmacies daily to track their vaccine availability and their processes for getting one.
